Pros: The concept is very cute, and it could be improved with technique. The color choice is mild and appealing. Horns, ears, wings are done OK.
Cons: the animal is visually merged with the clouds. Anatomy is not good, paws don't look like paws and the chest is absent. Nose and mouth should be a little more thick line, because they are invisible from the first look. Also the eyes are invisible too, because they merge with the face, all I could see from the first look were the eyelashes.
Tips: make the character stand out from the background by painting it with different colors. Use shading to add volume. This picture has a light source at the back of the charachter. Look at pictures of people and animals in the sunset, shades make such pictures very dramatic and expressive. Good luck.
